Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Prepare the draft and final version of your paper using the following templates:

• WordTemplate  
• LaTeX Template   ; documentations :

The final version of the paper MUST NOT exceed 8 typeset pages.
Be sure that all fonts are embedded in the pdf file. Fonts that require non-English language support are not allowed.
Photographs and grayscale figures should be prepared with 300 dpi resolution and saved with no compression.
High-contrast line figures and tables should be prepared with 600 dpi resolution.

Draft paper submission

The draft paper should be submitted by January 25th 2018, via Easychair on-line submission system.

The papers will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers. All accepted papers will be published in a Springer book, provided that at least one author has registered to ROMANSY 2018.

Final paper submission

If you wish your paper to be included in the Springer book, please send us the REVISED paper (8 pages max.) incorporating the reviewers’ suggestions by March 18, 2018.
The final submission deadline is strict, in order to meet the publisher’s deadline. Inclusion in the Springer book will not be guaranteed if the paper is received later than March 18, 2018.
After incorporating all the reviewers’ comments and changes please send us the following files:

• Word: The Word document of your manuscript.
• LaTex: the source files of your final submission with all necessary files and all figures;
• A PDF file of the paper for cross-checking;
• The consent-to-publish form to be downloaded here and to be signed by the first author on behalf of all co-authors.

These files must be emailed as a single zipped file named Romansy_[SubmissionNumber] to romansy2018@ls2n.fr
Please note that only papers with at least one author registered before May 1 will be included in the conference book. See registration for more details.
